Contact form
- We process: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name and organisation number (optional), address details (optional), subject and message.
- Purpose: handling and responding to your enquiry.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – responding to business enquiries.
- Retention: data is deleted when no longer needed, at the latest 3 years after the last contact.
Server logs
- Our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, automatically records as data processor server logs that may include: IP address, browser and operating system, page requested, date and time.
- Purpose: operational security and troubleshooting.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, implemented in Swedish law by Dataskyddslagen 2018:218) – secure operation of the website.
- Retention: 30 days.
Email communication
- If you contact us directly by email, we process your name, email address and the content of the correspondence.
- Purpose: handling your enquiry.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: deleted when the matter is closed, at the latest after 3 years.
Repair requests
- We process: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name and organisation number (optional), full address, device information (category, manufacturer, model, serial number, year of manufacture, estimated value), fault description, fault duration, prior repair history, preferred shipping method and uploaded photos (up to 5 images).
- Purpose: handling and processing the repair job.
- Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, implemented in Swedish law by Dataskyddslagen 2018:218).
- Retention: data is deleted when no longer needed, at the latest 3 years after the case is closed. Uploaded photos are deleted together with the case.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies or any local browser storage. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels or any other tracking technology. No information about your visit is shared with third parties.
4. Recipients of personal data
We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except to our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, who processes server logs as a data processor. Hetzner is an EU-based company and all processing takes place within the EU/EEA. No data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA.
